Ally Voyle
Assistant Director of Childrens Dance

Ally Voye began her dance training in choreography, improvisation and contemporary technique in Salt Lake City, Utah at the Life Arts Center. She graduated from the World Arts and Cultures department at UCLA in 2005. Her choreography has been presented at the Freud Playhouse, American College Dance Festival, Jacob’s Pillow, Highways Performance Space, Anatomy Riot, Max 10, UCLA’s Fowler Museum, the UCLA Hothouse Choreography Residency, the Victoria Reel Dance Film Festival and Kinetic Cinema, NYC. In 2007, she co-founded IN/EX Dance Project, a collaborative contemporary dance company dedicated to unconventional performances, with which she currently choreographs and performs.

Ally began teaching in 2005 and she has studied dance education with Angelia Leung, Anne Green Gilbert, Kristen Smiarowski and Susan Cambigue-Tracey. Currently, Ally is a dance-teaching artist at The Growing Place, UCLA Krieger Center and the Crossroads School as well as a certified Pilates trainer.
