Course Fees/Enrollment/Refund Policy

CMER reviews and accepts course applications throughout the year. Once a course is full, a waiting list is created. NOTE: late fees apply 1 month/4 weeks before the first class meeting and CMER accepts late registration if the class is not full with a $100.00 late charge.

Tuition is determined by Course Hours. A 50% course fee is due at the time an application is submitted. The deposit holds your place in the course. Deposits not used for a given course maybe applied to other courses. If a course is cancelled, your deposit will be returned.

Final payment is due two weeks before the course begins unless you have made special arrangements with CMER. Once you have paid the fee in full, you will receive copies of the syllabus and reading materials to help you prepare for the course. Selected texts will also need to be purchased to be used for interim assignments, papers and reading assignments.

Refund Policy: The deposit holds your place in the course. Deposits not used for a given course may be applied to other courses, but are not refunded for lack of attendance. If a course is cancelled, your deposit will be returned.

CMER reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Final decisions regarding the status of each class are usually made two weeks before the scheduled start date. Before making flight arrangements, please contact CMER to be sure enough people have registered for the course.

To register, simply download the application form shown at right, and mail it, along with your deposit, to the following address:
